The Supply Chain Director is accountable for the strategic development and leadership of an end-to-end Supply Chain including Procurement, Planning, Logistics Inventory, and fulfilment.

You will ensure inventory, OTIF, cost of goods and sell-through targets are achieved, maximising revenue and customer satisfaction. This position reports to the MD and forms a part of the Senior Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing a long-term strategic, operational, and financial plan for the supply chain and inventory management ensuring the organisation's objectives are achieved

  • Own the procurement and supply chain planning processes and performance across working capital, OTIF and customer satisfaction

  • Optimise the supply chain and purchasing to improve working capital and achieve financial targets.

  • Manage the delivery of inbound logistics with 3PL partners.

  • Leadership of the supply chain function.

  • Run the S&OP process aligning top-down and bottom-up planning

  • Partner with the Product Director to manage end-to-end product life cycles

  • A proven Supply Chain Leader with experience in developing and managing people, processes, and systems.

  • Experienced in fast moving omni-channel, retail, wholesale, or distribution sectors.

  • Able to manage large order volumes for UK and overseas B2B customers.

  • Expert knowledge of Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Stock, and inventory

  • Proven track record of driving improvements in inventory and customer service levels

  • Comfortable working with a large, complex, SKU base across multiple product categories.

  • Extensive knowledge of global sourcing and inbound supply

  • Degree education, MCIPS, CIPS, APICs or BPICs is beneficial

  • Suitable applicants will already be based in the UK and be eligible to work on an indefinite basis
