The Process

When we receive a client brief, our approach is broken down into three phases. At every stage we keep our clients fully informed, so you’re always aware of how the candidate search is progressing.

Phase 1: We’ll take the time to fully understand your needs and your candidate specification. We’ll then create a bespoke search plan which we’ll share with you to ensure you’re happy with our approach.

Phase 2: Using our industry knowledge and bespoke Langley 360 competency-based assessment tool, we’ll set about identifying the best candidates for the role.

Phase 3: We’ll send you our shortlisted candidate profiles. We’ll then manage the interview process, working closely with you to secure your preferred candidate.


Interim Roles

If you’re looking to fill procurement and supply chain interim roles, we can provide a fast, efficient service. Our actions and outcomes include:

·         A commitment to submit three pre-screened CVs for any role within 24 hours
·         The placement of interims on a full time, part time or flexible basis
·         Working with interims whose day rates range from £400 - £1,500 per day
·         Placing interims whether they fall within IR35 or not


Permanent Roles

We’re experienced in engaging on an exclusive or contingent basis. When it comes to securing your ideal candidates, we’ll advise you on the best recruitment approach for you. With our extensive network of procurement and supply chain professionals, and our expertise in marketing procurement and supply chain vacancies, we can help you find suitable high-calibre candidates for your permanent roles.

Our retained searches offer you a stress-free approach to recruitment. By expediting the recruitment process, our experienced consultants will help you quickly identify and secure the right individual for your role.


Large-scale Recruitment projects

We’re experienced in working with leading global organisations on large-scale recruitment projects. Having worked within the industry for over 20 years, we have a large global network of procurement and supply chain professionals, from which we can either source the right candidate or call on to drive referrals.

For permanent roles, we fill vacancies in the salary range of £40,000 to £200,000.
