The Supply Chain coordinator joins a busy Supply Chain team to support daily operations with a broad focus including Demand, Inventory, Stock and Supply Planning. Ultimately you will be responsible for maximising OTIF whilst minimising costs resulting in high levels of customer service at the lowest possible cost to serve.

What you will do:

  • Ensure Demand Plans, stock and inventory levels are aligned with supply plans and customer orders.

  • Maximise stock availability whilst minimising obsolescence.

  • Coordinate logistics with 3PL providers to ensure OTIF delivery.

  • Interact with Logistics Providers, Suppliers and Manufacturing plants to ensure continuity

  • Ensure Master data is up to date and accurate.

Whom we are looking for:

  • End to end, Head office and supply chain knowledge is essential

  • Degree educated

  • Industry Specific Supply Chain qualifications, including APICs/BPICs or CIPS, is advantageous.

  • You will have strong, Stock, Inventory and Replenishment expertise across multiple sites.

  • Commercially minded, with strong communication skills to work with 3PLs, suppliers and other stakeholders

  • Highly IT literate: Intermediate / Advanced Excel is essential

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to start at short notice, you will already be based in the UK and eligible to work for at least 12 months
