My client, a high profile and complex Public Sector organisation, is looking to recruit Commercial Managers to lead on end-to-end procurement lifecycle activities including areas such as commercial strategy, category management, sourcing and contract management. The successful candidates will deliver high value / complexity procurements and/ or contract management in the Estates / Facilities Management category. The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • Commercial experience which could be from either a procurement or contract management perspective. This could be gained from working across any one of a number of categories / spend areas inc. HR, professional services, corporate, FM, construction, marketing, travel, social care etc.
  • Experience of engaging with internal stakeholders and/or suppliers at a mid to senior level to drive and manage change and deliver the strategic priorities.
  • Experience of staff management would be desirable (mentoring / development in this areas can be provided)
  • Previous experience in Public Sector procurement / OJEU / PCR2015 would be desirable but isn’t essential.

This opportunity offers a base salary range of £30,900 - £36,700 with a potential stretch to £52,000 (depending on contractual location and qualifications) + bens (including in year rewards). Successful candidates can be nationally based, with a requirement for occasional travel (post-pandemic)

ICT Category Manager

The Opportunity:-

My client are currently recruiting for an ICT Category Manager. Reporting into the Head of Procurement, the successful candidate will be a key player in the commercial delivery across a spectrum of IT programmes which could be hardware, software, networks and digital related.

The key deliverables for the role are:-

  • Managing a number of ICT related category projects with an emphasis on commercial best practice

Procurement Compliance Manager

My Client, a leading Consulting firm is currently recruiting a Procurement Compliance Manager.  the role can be based in either Birmingham, Leeds, Newcastle or Manchester. The Head of Supply will report to the CFO and be accountable for maintaining and improving the existing Supplier relationships.
