Head of Supplier Relationship Management

London based client offering hybrid working.

My client, a high profile public sector organisation with a spend level of c£800m p/a, are currently recruiting for a Head of Supplier Relationship Management to continue the development, implementation and management of progressive supplier relationship management (SRM) and social value commercial models. This is a great opportunity to enhance supply chain innovation / value and to also design and deliver a progressive social value and sustainability agenda. This role also has a direct report.

The successful candidate will ideally bring a blend of the following skills / experience: -

• SRM / Supplier Relationship Manager experience, which can include design and implementation of processes and procedures as well as continuous improvement initiatives.
• Social Value / Sustainability / ESG / Responsible procurement knowledge and experience
• A solution focussed and influencing senior stakeholder management style which brings collaboration
• Commercial experience of working in a category manager and/or contract manager role, ideally with an understanding of the full end-to-end commercial lifecycle

This opportunity attracts a salary of up to c£86k + locations allowance + excellent benefits
