Our client, a high profile organisation with a £multi-billion spend, is currently recruiting for a Head of IT  Inlife Services. These roles would suit procurement professionals who have great stakeholder relationship skills and have operated at a strategic level across ICT products and/or ICT services.

The roles

Key deliverables include:-

  • Develop and lead the contract / supplier relationship management (SRM) of established frameworks / Dynamic Purchasing Systems.
  • Work collaboratively across internal stakeholders, suppliers and customers
  • Management of effective operational processes to ensure customer satisfaction, from initial engagement to solution delivery.
  • Promotion of a level playing field for supplier to be able to bid effectively
  • Team leadership and management, including capability development.

About you

The successful candidate will ideally bring a blend of the following:-

  • Experience in IT Products / Hardware or IT Services with a track record of delivering savings and experience of budget and resource management
  • Deep knowledge of the IT Hardware and/or IT Services market from a commercial / procurement / contract management strategy perspective
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, including ability to engage, influence and positively challenge in complex environments
  • Experience in leading, managing and developing the capability of commercial teams

Our client, a high profile organisation with a £multi-billion spend, is currently recruiting for two commercial professionals for Head of IT Products & Head of IT Services opportunities. These roles would suit procurement professionals who have great stakeholder relationship skills and have operated at a strategic level across ICT products and/or ICT services (specifically in SIAM)

The roles

Key deliverables include:-

  • Deliver ‘best in class’ category management through developed innovative category, product and sourcing strategies that demonstrate a clear focus on customer service and deep market insight
  • Work collaboratively to develop products and services that deliver value to stakeholders and are sustainable
  • Possess excellent communication and consultative skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders / suppliers.
  • Delivering strategic supplier management that enhances category and supplier performance
  • Team leadership and management, including capability development.

About you

Lead Contract Manager

Our client, a high profile organisation with a £multibillion spend, is currently recruiting for a Lead Contract Manager to be embedded within a senior stakeholder community and providing front-end strategic and creative commercial leadership, advice and support.

The successful candidate will be experienced in strategic contract management managing and exisiting contract portfolio and growing positive partnerships. They will advise on areas including commercial innovation, cost savings, supplier / market engagement and ongoing contract management.

This is an exciting opportunity, with real influence, that will suit candidates that can demonstrate expert commercial judgement and a strong track record of developed and implemented strategies diverse complex contracts.

Skills required:

  • Team management, managing a large team up to 15, with various experience levels from grads up to senior practitioners.
  • Extensive commercial contract management experience gained from complex environment whether private or public sector.
  • Building relationships with key divisions and individuals to ascertain and understand stakeholder, business and customer requirements, strategy, challenges and opportunities. 
  • Excellent SRM experience be point of contact to resolve issues and disputes
  • Experience of developing best practice governance, procedures and policies which protect the business from risk.
