My client a leading Financial Services Firm is

currently looking for a specialist Infrastructure Category Lead.

You will work closely with the Head of Infrastructure to run tendering processes, Infrastructure, contract negotiations and ongoing vendor management.  You will get immediately involved in projects that are currently running and must be able to manage procurement projects to tight deadlines. 

Skills required:

  • In-depth IT sourcing and procurement experience, across the categories of Datacenters Hardware, Networks & Hosting
  • Building relationships with crucial divisions and individuals to ascertain and understand stakeholder, business and customer requirements, strategy, challenges, and opportunities. 
  • Experience in the project lifecycle, IT implementations and life in IT departments
  • Experience in developing best practice governance, procedures and policies which protect the business from risk

Experience Required:

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging and influencing stakeholders to the C-Suite level.
  • Procurement technical skills including negotiation skills, contract drafting, drafting of relevant RfPs etc and use of category management techniques in setting category plans
  • The ability to draw together requirements across multiple or individual business units and gain consensus on the procurement plan from the business
  • Strong ability to develop and executive Procurement Strategy.
  • Previous experience within large, matrix organisations.
  • Excellent interpersonal/influencing skills.
  • Demonstrate you are a team player and a good networker who will add value to any team.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Procurement Operations Analyst sought for a Central London based, hybrid role

Our client a market-leading financial services organisation is hiring a Procurement Operations Analyst to join the Group Procurement function in a growing business

Responsible for providing support to the EMEA business with matters relating to supplier invoicing and payments, employee expenses and supporting the Sourcing team with analysis of sourcing projects

Furthermore, you will be delivering value from supplier selection and manage/or support projects and stakeholders across the region. Suitable applicants will speak French or German

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaison between the business and Accounts Payable for urgent invoicing and payment matters
  • Managing escalations related to Group Procurement
  • Contract administration and reporting
  • Analysis of purchasing spend across categories, tender analysis and governance
  • Support the broader Group Procurement team
  • Providing training on best practices relating to supplier invoicing and employee expenses

Whom we are looking for?

Skills required:

  • Marketing  sourcing and procurement experience, across the categories of ATL, BTL, Digital, Media Martech and Print

  • Expertise in Contract drafting and negotiation, ideally with the CIPS contract law module
  • Building relationships with key divisions and individuals to ascertain and understand stakeholder, business and customer requirements, strategy, challenges and opportunities. 
  • Experience of developing best practice governance, procedures and policies which protect the business from risk

Experience Required:

  • Experience in the Financial Services sector would be advantageous but not essential
  • Demonstrable experience across procurement and supplier management, preferably within the financial sector
  • Martech knowledge and experience.
  • Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent and MCIPS
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.  The ability to coach and develop.
  • Procurement technical skills including negotiation skills, contract drafting, drafting of relevant RfPs etc and use of category management techniques in setting category plans

Procurement Third Party Risk Analyst

A Procurement, Third Party Risk , Analyst is sought for a Central London based organisation. Permanent, hybrid position offering a salary from £50k to £65k+ benefits

Our client a market-leading financial services organisation is hiring a Procurement Third Party Risk Analyst to join a growing business within the Group Procurement function

Responsible for supporting business stakeholders, in EMEA and the Americas, on all matters relating to supplier governance you’ll deliver projects supporting the development of Third-Party risk for the region.

You will deliver value from a wide variety of Procurement and Risk activities and need to possess excellent stakeholder management awareness, requiring strong interpersonal and influencing skills to support a diverse range of purchasing projects.

You will thrive on the challenge of earning the trust of stakeholders in a relationship-driven organisation. You will be pro-active and not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and work hard.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Key procurement specialist for regional stakeholders, providing guidance on individual supplier governance and assurance
  • Monitoring and supporting ongoing compliance to Risk, both regulatory and internal, policies ensuring the  quality and integrity of 3rd party supplier assurance data is accurately captured within the Supplier Risk Management system
  • Providing training to business stakeholders on best practices relating to supplier governance, Risk and specific processes and/or requirements to eliminate or reduce risks or non-compliance.
  • Support the delivery of key projects, identifying opportunities for supplier innovation and improvement
  • Identify and deliver value across a range of purchasing initiatives relating to supplier governance, risk and assurance
  • Analyse and report on supplier risks and governance, including quality reviews and trend analysis

 

About you:

  • Proven track record of working in a third-party risk, supplier governance and/or supplier assurance focussed procurement role.

  • Experience in providing stakeholders with specialist Procurement 3rd Party Risk, governance, and assurance advice
  • A pro-active, multi-tasker who can prioritise competing business objectives and deliver to challenging deadlines
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-adapting and agile work environment
  • Strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word data analytical capabilities
  • Ideally, be degree educated or possess CIPS
  • Willing to work, onsite in London 3 days per week
  • Already be based in the UK and be eligible to work and remain on an indefinite basis
