Requirement Summary for Interim
All of the Interim Managers that work through Langley Search and Selection have Limited Company status.
This is widely accepted as standard industry practice and also acts as a differentiator between our Interim Managers and other temporary workers.
Before you can begin trading as a Limited Company contractor your Company has to be registered with the Registrar of Companies at Companies House.
The information on how to do this is readily available on a number of internet sites.
As one of our Interim managers, you will be required to supply the following information before commencing an assignment:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Proof of insurance
- Professional Indemnity
- Public Liability
- Employers Liability ( if applicable)
- VAT Certificate (If Applicable)
- Copy of Passport
