Abu Dhabi General Services Jobs

Abu Dhabi General Services (ADGS) is a newly formed government-owned company committed to providing the Abu Dhabi Government with world-class services for the future. Established in December 2007, ADGS is an integral part of the government's wider restructuring initiative to help realize the 30-year vision for the region.

Under the guidance of a Board of senior Government leaders, ADGS will support this vision by transforming public sector services to a world-class standard. By taking on the management and operation of services, ADGS will enable the government departments to focus on their core business - to provide better government for the citizens and businesses of Abu Dhabi.

There are three main areas in which ADGS will improve the delivery, quality and efficiency of services. These include Building and Property (Facilities Management), Informational Technology (IT Application and Development) and General Business Support (including Procurement and Travel Management etc).

To achieve this, services need to be streamlined and centralized into a shared operating model utilizing best practice skills and expertise from across the globe and locally. The team works in close collaboration with each department to manage the changes in the best way possible.
