For Interim Roles:  We provide a fast and targeted service.  We are usually able to submit 3 pre-screened CVs for any role in 24 hours and currently we place 1 in 2 of CVs submitted.  It's fast, it's accurate and 'hits the mark'.  We have recently been awarded the IIM (Institute of Interim Management) Gold Standard Award in our class for the 8th year running.

For Permanent Roles: We engage on a retained/exclusive or contingent basis and will be able to advise on the most appropriate route for the role(s) to be filled.
