Our client, an international telecoms company is looking to recruit an Interim Planning Manager to join their evolving team.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Planning and have the responsibility of ensuring inventory targets are met in a predictable and transparent manner as well as developing a planning process covering and adjusting all areas and gaps in knowledge from forecasting to intake. Responsibilities also include creating an appropriate spread sheet and data base solutions to monitor these processes.
You will have experience in project management within a demand planning context, analysing functions to identify and rectify the gaps in best practice supply chain management to ensure a smooth transition when new planning procedures are put in place.
The successful candidate will have:
- 5 years of external inventory and planning experience
- Expert Knowledge of advanced planning systems
- Consulting and Project management skills
- Excellent data and information management skills
- Ability to interpret and relay complex information in an uncomplicated manner
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship and influencing skills.
