Supply Chain Analyst - EMEA - North Hampshire

Our client is a leading global manufacturer with a multi-billion dollar turnover and a fast moving supply chain.  They are looking for supply chain candidates who are looking to develop best in class supply chain methods within Inventory and Logistics Planning.

Supply Chain Analyst - North Hampshire - £22 - £28k

The Role i
s to provide analysis of various aspects of the supply chain and assist in the design, validation and provision of analysis in a consistent and clear manner for all those involved to allow the improved control and management of the supply chain.  You will support and provide analysis for Distribution, Logistics, Finance, Manufacturing, Marketing and Customer Services functions as required.

 

You will also lead projects and initiatives relating to operational data analysis and KPIs with the intention to improving business performance,  ensuring KPIs issued on time, with analysis of trends and exceptions, and be able to present detailed data where required. 

EXPERIENCE

Of degree calibre with first class systems and numerical ability, you will have experience of performing analysis work, preferably in a supply chain environment (or you will at least have a working knowledge of the supply chain) and can demonstrate through past experience a pro-active nature and focus on continuous improvement and customer focus that is required to be successful in this role.  

Excellent system skills are a must with working knowledge of JBA, i2/Manugistics, Cognos and the ability to use query applications such as  MS Excel, MS Access, VBA coding, macros .

Able to identify improvements and develop solutions to improve processes and reporting within logistics with skills to identify efficient ways to analyse data and present results in a clear format.
