An exciting opportunity  for someone looking to take on their first Head of Procurement and Supply Chain role in the food industry; this new role is in a successful restaurant group and will be responsible for both food and non-food procurement as well as overseeing the supply chain.
With a small team to manage this role is a great combination of both strategy and hands on procurement and would suit an agile thinker who likes variety and to see the impact of their actions..
It is essential that you have food procurement experience, but this could come from food service, manufacturing or retail, as long as you are passionate and creative about food and have some additional procurement experience in either drink or indirects.
