Service Centre Manager - Aberdeen / Livingstone / Belfast

Our client, a global logistics operator is looking to recruit a service Centre Manager to further strengthen their operational team. Highly focussed on customer maintenance and growth and to this end will be looking for this role to provide pro-active operational support in this area.

Reporting to the area general manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the operational centre in their pick-up, delivery and shipment processing services and meet targets of performance against key metrics.

You will be managing up to 22 full time employees and have depending on the site a dotted line to other specialists in the business – e.g. sales.

You will be a strong, diplomatic operational lead that is always willing to ‘go the extra mile’, with management experience in a similar role, a track record of delivery and have experience of operating to a budget.
